REDESIGNED CONSERVATORY

We were presented with detailed plans carried out by an Architect showing a rear extension with a lower fully glazed glass box room at garden level. The owners of the property had hoped that the plans would be what they had envisaged although the plans were detailed and to scale they didn’t work with the open plan aspect which was required. We reconfigured the plans and presented a new layout with an orangery at ground floor level with structural openings to the Kitchen and dinning room and open plan steps with glass balustrade’s to the garden level.
